Definition of a Jerk
For purposes of this site, a "jerk" is a man who is not a good prospect for a long term, committed, emotionally mature, healthy, and loving relationship.
The word, "jerk" is not used to label or categorize men but as a convenience to describe the type of man who are not emotionally, mentally, or otherwise available for a great relationship!
Put another way, a jerk is the opposite of a great man interested in, and mature enough for a long term, committed, healthy partnership!

I have a question . . could a guy be just a jerk TO YOU but nice to other women? Which leaves you wondering what's wrong with you?
Also, what do you think about men paying on dates? Do you think that for the first few dates, a man should make the woman feel special by picking up the bill? I just went on a second date with a guy that seems to like me, but I spent more than him.
I think men should definitely pay for the first date. It need not be expensive, a drink or a cup of coffee. If he has a hard time paying for that, forget him. After the second date, I would say talk about what makes him comfortable or you could offer to pay.
