If a guy parks in places created for those in need what do you know about him? You know he doesn't care for anyone. He is selfish and thinks it is more important to save a few steps than to make life easier for those less able than is he.
This guy doesn't care about the law, he doesn't care about community, he doesn't care about anyone other than himself.
I repeat... do not even remotely think about this guy as a potential partner!

A good evaluation point. But maybe this guy does belong in "Handicapped Parking"? Sort of a freudian slip? Same message, buyer beware.
The parking advice brings to mind a piece-of-smart given to men that women can learn from as well: After a worthwhile date, and the male opens the door for the woman, then rounds the car to his door, he should just pause for a moment...actually waiting to see if women reaches over to unlock his door. IF no movement is made with that intent, Smart-man quickly removes Dumb-fem name from little black book.
Of course, power-locks can mess this one, but it's worth even feigning the need.
